This dish is dishwasher safe, but to prolong its life, hand washing is recommended. Let it cool before washing, avoid thermal shock, and use soft utensils to preserve the coating. If your food is slightly sticky, fill the roasting pan with hot water and dish soap and let it soak for 15 to 20 minutes before washing as usual. Be careful not to use harsh detergents, abrasive or metal sponges, or stiff-bristled scrubbers on any surface. Then, dry it thoroughly and store it in a dry place.
