At Mamie Cocottes, we make every effort to ensure fast, reliable, and transparent shipping of your orders.


Delivery areas

We deliver to France, across Europe, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact our customer service at contact@mamiecocottes.com. We will provide you with a personalized quote based on your location.

All orders placed on www.mamiecocottes.com are shipped and sold directly by DLM (SARL with a share capital of €5,000), owner of the Mamie Cocottes brand.


Processing and shipping times

All orders are processed from Monday to Saturday within 24 hours (business days). Orders placed overnight (French time) are prepared the next day. In case of high order volume, this timeframe may be slightly extended.


Estimated delivery times

🇫🇷 France:
Home delivery via DPD, FedEx or UPS: 2 to 4 business days
DPD pickup point delivery: 2 to 4 business days

🇪🇺 European Union:
Home delivery via FedEx or UPS: 2 to 8 business days

🇬🇧 United Kingdom:
Home delivery via FedEx or UPS: 2 to 8 business days

🇨🇭 Switzerland:
Home delivery via FedEx or UPS: 3 to 5 business days

The total timeframe (preparation + transport) is generally between 1 to 4 business days for France and 2 to 8 business days for Europe and the United Kingdom.

France:

DPD pickup point delivery for orders under €50: €5.99
DPD pickup point delivery for orders between €50 and €150: €6.99
DPD pickup point delivery for orders over €150: Free delivery

Home delivery for orders under €150: €9.99
Home delivery for orders between €150 and €400: €14.99
Home delivery for orders over €400: Free delivery

Other countries:

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your country, number of items, and total weight of your order.


Order tracking

Each parcel is shipped with a tracking number. You will receive this link by email as soon as your order has been processed, allowing you to track your shipment in real time.


Exceptional delays

During peak periods (sales, holidays, etc.), processing times may be slightly extended.

In the case of pre-orders, this information will be clearly displayed on the product page along with the specific associated timelines.


Delivery issues

Lost parcel:

If your order is lost before delivery, Mamie Cocottes assumes full responsibility. Contact us as soon as possible at contact@mamiecocottes.com or via our contact form.

Damaged parcel:

If a parcel is received damaged, it is essential to make a reservation with the carrier upon delivery. This step is required to initiate a claim procedure.

In case of a delivery issue or defective product, our customer service based in France (La Rochelle) will handle follow-up and provide a replacement or refund if the defective items are out of stock, in accordance with applicable legal conditions.


Shipping days

Orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). No parcels are handled by carriers on public holidays; shipment is then postponed to the next business day.

Taxes and customs duties

For deliveries outside the European Union (including Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada), any customs duties, local taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer, in accordance with the regulations in force in the destination country.

All orders are shipped from France.

In the event that the customer refuses to pay these fees, resulting in the parcel being returned to the sender, all incurred costs will be entirely borne by the customer. This includes:

• initial shipping costs (outbound)
• return shipping costs
• as well as logistics fees

Logistics fees notably include costs related to order preparation, packaging materials, handling time, and storage of goods. Their amount, which varies depending on the nature of the order, will be communicated to the customer upon receipt of the returned parcel.

Furthermore, if the returned items are damaged, incomplete, or unsuitable for resale, their value will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note that our packaging is designed to ensure safe one-way transport only and is not suitable for round-trip shipping.
