Maintenance & durability
This dish is dishwasher safe, but to preserve its enamel and prolong its life, hand washing is recommended. Let it cool before cleaning, avoid thermal shock, and use soft utensils to preserve the coating. If your daily preparation has slightly stuck, fill the roasting dish with hot water and dishwashing liquid and let it soak for 15 to 20 minutes before washing it as usual. Be careful not to use stripping detergents, abrasive or metal sponges, or hard-bristled scouring brushes on any surface of the product. Then, dry it thoroughly and store it in a dry place. A natural patina forms over time, giving a unique flavor to each dish.
