Maintenance & Durability

This dish is dishwasher safe, but to preserve its enamel and prolong its life, hand washing is recommended. Allow it to cool completely before washing, avoid thermal shock, and use soft utensils to protect the coating. If your food is slightly sticky, fill the roasting pan with hot water and dish soap and let it soak for 15 to 20 minutes before washing as usual. Do not use harsh detergents, abrasive or metal sponges, or stiff-bristled scrubbers on any surface. Afterward, dry it thoroughly and store it in a dry place.
