These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Mamie Cocottes / SARL DLM and any customer making a purchase via the website www.mamiecocottes.com. Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products
Mamie Cocottes sells frying pans, casseroles, kitchen accessories, and more broadly, all products related to the culinary world.
The products offered are available in stock unless otherwise stated. In the case of pre-orders, this information is clearly indicated on the product page.
Photographs and descriptions are indicative and non-contractual.
3. Orders
No minimum purchase amount is required.
An order is considered final once it has been processed by our team.
The customer receives:
• a confirmation email once payment has been validated,
• a second email containing the tracking number when the order is shipped.
4. Prices and VAT
Prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included (TTC).
For deliveries outside the European Union, VAT is not applicable.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on several criteria: delivery country, weight, volume, order amount, etc.
5. Payment
Accepted payment methods are those offered by Shopify Payments, namely:
AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, credit/debit card, as well as PayPal.
Payment in 4 installments is also available depending on the options offered to the customer at checkout.
Payment is charged immediately. All transactions are secured via Shopify Payments.
6. Delivery
Delivery areas
We deliver to France, Europe, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States.
For any other destination, a specific request can be made to our customer service.
Shipping times
Orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday.
Processing is completed within 24 business hours, with slightly longer delays during peak periods.

DPD for home delivery (France, Europe, United Kingdom)
Mondial Relay for pickup point deliveries
FedEx for international deliveries
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless specific conditions are stated at checkout.
Undelivered / uncollected parcels
In case of absence during home delivery, the parcel is deposited at a pickup point. If the customer does not collect the parcel within the allotted time (depending on the carrier), it will be returned to us.
In this case:
• The customer may request a refund, minus shipping and return costs.
• The customer may also request reshipment after contacting our customer service.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
The customer has a legal period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Returns must be subject to prior contact with our customer service (see contact details below).
Products must be:
• unused, unwashed
• returned in their original packaging
• accompanied by the order number
Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of defective products or an error on our part.
Returns that do not meet these conditions or are not reported in advance will not be processed.
Refunds are made:
• to the original payment method, or
• in the form of store credit (at the customer’s choice)
We also offer exchanges, subject to availability.
8. Warranty
Our products are guaranteed for 1 year against manufacturing defects and hidden defects.
This warranty does not cover:
• normal wear and tear from use,
• misuse, shocks, overheating,
• intentional or accidental damage.
9. Liability
Mamie Cocottes cannot be held liable:
• in case of incorrect or incomplete delivery address,
• for order errors attributable to the customer (size, model, color, etc.),
• in case of force majeure (strike, natural disaster, interruption of transport services, etc.).
10. Intellectual property
All content on the website www.mamiecocottes.com (texts, images, logos, layouts, graphic design, etc.) is protected under intellectual property law.
Any reproduction or use, even partial, without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
11. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact our customer service to seek an amicable solution. Failing this, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
