Although enamelled cast iron can occasionally go in the dishwasher, hand washing is recommended to preserve the enamel’s shine and the durability of the knobs. Use a soft sponge, warm water and a little washing-up liquid.For stubborn stains, soak with bicarbonate of soda, or bring to the boil with white vinegar.
Absolutely avoid scouring pads and hard brushes , which can damage the enamel over time.

Bonjour Dès le déballage en heurtant j'ai cassé l email sur une poignée. C'est fragile alors que les casseroles sont très lourdes. La poignée est très chaude durant la cuisson. Sinon, une excellente béchamel
Very disappointing experience from start to finish. The delivery process with UPS was an absolute nightmare. My parcel was delayed multiple times, redirected several times, and communication was extremely unclear throughout the entire process. I received countless emails saying the “status had been updated”, yet none of them actually explained anything useful. At one point I was even told there were no drivers available to deliver the parcel. After weeks of trying to receive my order, I finally got it, but unfortunately the problems did not end there. Several products arrived with visible imperfections and one item was damaged. Considering the price of these products, I honestly expected much better quality control. The explanation given was that these were “minor manufacturing imperfections”, but personally I do not think expensive products should arrive with marks, defects or damage. What disappointed me most was the lack of proper follow-up and customer care throughout the process. Overall, this has been a very frustrating and unpleasant experience, and unfortunately I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

We would therefore like to provide a few important clarifications. Regarding the delivery, your parcel was not delayed because of our company. The delivery was postponed at your request, as you were away from home and specifically requested a Saturday delivery. However, carriers generally operate with reduced staff on Saturdays, which unfortunately explains why the delivery could not be completed on that day. Afterwards, you requested that the parcel be redirected to a UPS Access Point, before changing your choice again to a delivery to one of your neighbours. During this attempt, the driver was unable to deliver the parcel because your neighbour did not answer the door. Therefore, the delivery delay cannot be attributed solely to the carrier, and even less to our company. Regarding the damaged item, we offered to replace your casserole pot, which appears to have been damaged during transport. In order to open a claim with the carrier and process your case, we requested the necessary information from you. Unfortunately, we did not receive any reply within the required timeframe. You only contacted us again after the carrier’s claim deadline had expired, which no longer allowed us to proceed with the claim process. We would like to remind you that we did everything possible to assist you and ensure that you received your items in perfect condition. We sincerely regret this situation, however we cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from multiple delivery changes nor for the absence of the required information needed to open a claim within the carrier’s deadlines.
