Care instructions:

Although enamelled cast iron can occasionally go in the dishwasher, hand washing is recommended to preserve the shine of the enamel and the durability of the knobs. Use a soft sponge, warm water and a little washing-up liquid.For stubborn stains, soak with bicarbonate of soda, or bring to the boil with white vinegar.

Absolutely avoid scouring pads and hard brushes , which can damage the enamel over time.
