Delivery charges vary depending on the country and the total amount of your order. These will be displayed directly when you confirm your basket.

Order processing for in-stock items takes up to 2 working days. Delivery times for mainland France then range from 1 to 7 working days. For international orders, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Please note that the processing time is in addition to the estimated delivery time. We do our utmost to ensure your order arrives on time, but these timeframes cannot be guaranteed.

1) The shipping date of your order

When you receive your parcel tracking number by email, it means your order has been prepared and is ready for dispatch.

Dispatch takes place on the same day as preparation, unless the cut-off time for drop-off has already passed: approximately 3:00pm for DPD and 4:30pm for Royal Mail.

2) Tracking your parcel

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you can track it almost in real time at every stage of its journey, as soon as it is scanned by the courier.

If your parcel remains at the same location for several days, you can contact the courier directly by providing your tracking number to obtain an update on its status.
