Easy care & durability
This dish is dishwasher safe, but to preserve its enamel and extend its lifespan, hand washing is recommended.Let it cool before cleaning, avoid thermal shocks, and use gentle utensils to preserve the coating. If your dish has slightly stuck, fill the roasting tin with hot water and washing-up liquid and let it soak for 15 to 20 minutes before washing as usual. Be careful not to use harsh detergents, abrasive sponges, metal scourers, or hard-bristle brushes on any surface of the product. Then, dry it thoroughly and store it in a dry place. A natural patina develops over time, bringing a unique flavour to every dish.
