Refund Policy
At Mamie Cocottes, we take pride in ensuring your satisfaction. If a product does not meet your expectations, you have a right of withdrawal and a simple, supervised returns process.
1. Withdrawal period
You have a 30-calendar-day period from the date of receipt of your order to notify our customer service team of your wish to return an item.
After this period, no returns will be accepted.
2.Return Policy
For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be brand new, unused, and unwashed

It must be returned in its original packaging, intact

The parcel must include a document stating the order number

No request that has not been reported in advance can be processed.
You have two options:
a) Return via the courier of your choice
The return address will be provided by email once your request has been approved.
b) Return via our prepaid label
We can provide you with a return label. In all cases, return shipping costs remain your responsibility.
The amount will be calculated based on your country of residence, the weight and number of items to be returned, and then deducted from the refunded amount.

5. Return fees

If you use our prepaid label, the return fees will be automatically deducted from your refund

In the case of a faulty product or a mistake on our part, Mamie Cocottes will cover all return costs in full
6. Processing times
Returns are usually processed within 48 working hours after receipt of the parcel.
If all conditions are met, we will then initiate the refund process.The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank and varies between 24 hours and 5 working days.
7. Refund methods and exchanges
You can choose between:

A refund to the original payment method

A credit note in the form of a gift card, redeemable on our website

An exchange, provided the desired items are in stock
For an exchange, please specify the desired items in your initial request.
In case of a price difference:

If the new item is more expensive, an additional payment will be required

If the amount is lower, the difference will be refunded to you

9. Parcels not collected at the pick-up point
If a parcel is not collected within the time limit set by the carrier and is returned to the sender, the buyer may, upon request, ask for their order to be resent.
In this case, all reshipping costs will be exclusively borne by the buyer. The exact amount of the reshipping fees will be communicated by email and must be paid in advance by bank transfer before any new shipment. No reshipment will be made before receipt of the corresponding payment.
If the buyer wishes to obtain a refund for their order after the parcel has been returned as uncollected, the initial shipping costs will under no circumstances be refunded. The return fees charged will correspond to the actual cost of transporting the parcel, that is, the total shipping price of the parcel and not any shipping contribution that may have been charged at the time of purchase.
In addition to these fees, a fixed charge of 10 € will be applied to cover packaging, logistics preparation, and the immobilisation of the items.
Any potential refund will be issued after deduction of all the above-mentioned fees.
The buyer is required to contact our company to inform us of their decision (reshipment or refund) within a maximum period of two (2) months from the date the returned parcel is received at our premises.This request must be made via our contact form available on our website or by email at the following address: contact@mamiecocottes.com.
After this 2-month period, no request regarding an uncollected parcel can be processed, and the relevant items will no longer be eligible for a refund or a new shipment.
10. Liability for returned parcels
Mamie Cocottes cannot be held liable in the event of loss, theft, or damage to a returned parcel, whether the return label was provided by our company or the return was made using the carrier chosen by the customer.
The responsibility for the returned parcel lies with the customer until it is actually received at our premises. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep all proof of drop-off, tracking number, and shipping receipt as evidence of the parcel’s dispatch.
No refund, exchange or credit will be issued until the returned parcel has been received and inspected by our team.
