We deliver to France, throughout Europe, to Switzerland, to the United States, to Canada as well as to the United Kingdom.
If your country does not appear in the list at checkout, please contact our customer service at contact@mamiecocottes.com. We will provide you with a personalised quote based on your location.
All orders placed on www.mamiecocottes.com are shipped and sold directly by DLM (SARL with a capital of 5 000 €), owner of the Mamie Cocottes brand.
Processing and Shipping Times
All orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, within 24 hours (working days). Orders placed overnight (French time) are prepared the following day. In the event of a high volume of orders, this timeframe may be slightly extended.

Track your order
Each parcel is dispatched with a tracking number. You will receive this link by email as soon as your order has been processed, allowing you to track your parcel in real time.
Exceptional lead times
During busy periods (sales, holidays, etc.), a slight delay in processing times may occur.
In the case of a pre-order, this information will be clearly displayed on the product page with the specific lead times indicated.
Delivery issues
Lost parcel:
If your order is lost before delivery, Mamie Cocottes takes full responsibility. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@mamiecocottes.com or via our contact form.
Damaged parcel:
If you receive a damaged parcel, it is essential to make a note with the courier upon delivery. This step is necessary to initiate a claims procedure.
After your initial contact by email regarding a damaged item received , all the information required to open a claim, specific to the relevant courier, will be provided by our customer service team. To ensure your case is processed as quickly as possible, these documents (photos, detailed description, proof of purchase, etc.) must be sent to us within a maximum period of 5 days from the delivery date. This timeframe is essential for our team to prepare and submit a compliant claim to the carrier, as they impose strict deadlines, generally limited to 14 days after delivery (some carriers apply shorter deadlines). The sooner we receive the necessary information, the higher the chances of a successful claim. After these deadlines, no action can be taken with the carrier. Consequently, and in the absence of compensation, the company Mamie Cocottes cannot be held responsible for any damage occurring during transport .
In the case of purchasing a set or bundle consisting of several items, if only one item is received damaged due to transport or has a manufacturing defect, only the affected item will be considered defective.The entire set cannot therefore be considered defective solely because one of its items is damaged or non-compliant. In this case, Mamie Cocottes will cover the replacement of the affected item, subject to compliance with the applicable claims procedure. When the item in question is available in stock, no refund for this item can be requested, except in the case of returning the entire set or bundle as part of exercising the legal right of withdrawal, in accordance with the applicable conditions. Mamie Cocottes cannot be required to cover the return costs for the entire set or bundle on the grounds that only one item has arrived damaged or is faulty.In the event of an out-of-stock item, Mamie Cocottes may refund the item in proportion to the amount actually paid as part of the set or bundle purchase, taking into account the discount applied to the latter, and not based on the price displayed on the website for the individual purchase of this item.
In the event of a delivery issue or faulty product, our customer service team based in France (Vendée) will handle the follow-up and arrange a replacement or refund if the items received as faulty are out of stock, in accordance with the applicable legal conditions.
Dispatch days
Orders are dispatched from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). No parcels are handled by couriers on public holidays; dispatch will then be postponed to the next working day.

Taxes and Customs Duties
For deliveries outside the European Union (including Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada), any customs duties, local taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer, in accordance with the regulations in force in the destination country.
All orders are shipped from France.
If the customer refuses to pay these charges, resulting in the return of the parcel to the sender, all costs incurred will be entirely at the customer’s expense.This includes:
- the initial shipping costs (outbound),
- the return shipping costs,
- as well as handling fees.
Handling fees specifically cover the costs related to order preparation, packaging materials, processing time, and the immobilisation of goods. The amount, which varies depending on the nature of the order, will be communicated to the customer upon receipt of the returned parcel.
Furthermore, if the returned items are damaged, incomplete, or unsuitable for resale, their value will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note that our packaging is designed to ensure safe delivery for outbound shipping only and is not suitable for return shipments.
